If you wish to make changes, we will attempt to accommodate your request with the manufacturer within 24 hours of order placement. If we are successful in making the adjustments you requested, you will receive confirmation of the updated order.
In regards to custom orders you have a 24 hour window to cancel or modify a custom order for a full refund. After the 24 hour time frame, all custom orders are non-refundable and unable to be changed or modified.
