Designing with Decorative Bowls

Shopping for decorative bowls is one of our favorite hobbies; we’re constantly finding new styles, patterns and shapes that are practically impossible to resist. No matter how many you already have, there’s always space for another!

Whether its a fruit bowl, a catch-all, or a stand-alone accent, decorative bowls add a pop of color, style and height to bookshelves, dining tables, kitchens and end tables.

We’ve listed some of our favorite uses for unique and hand-crafted bowls!

Shelf & Coffee Table Accessories
There are so many sizes and shapes of bowls that make them perfect additions to a bookshelf, built-in shelf or coffee table. Set tiny bowls atop a stack of books or fill large or oblong bowls with decorative spheres!

A Simple Centerpiece
Use large, shallow decorative bowls for a simple centerpiece on your dining table. While you might want to change it out for special occasions or holidays, a decorative bowl filled with fruit or potpourri is a stunning look for the everyday.

A Cute Catch-All
Pretty patterned or textured bowls make the perfect catchall for candy, jewelry, or a tiny sprig plucked from your backyard. Pair with a tray for an organized look.
