Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy
Customers are the top priority at Belle and June. Our goal is your satisfaction, not only with your purchase but also with your shopping experience. Due to the unique nature and custom aspect of our products, information on returns and exchanges is specific to individual products and available on each product page.

For returns on eligible items, up to a 25% restocking fee may apply. If you have specific questions on the eligibility of returns after referring to the product page, please reach out to our customer service team before placing your order so that we can help with product satisfaction prior to delivery. Items not returnable include, but are not limited to furniture, custom orders, and sale or discounted items.

Items Eligible For Return
For items that are eligible for a return, please email us at customerservice@belleandjune.com to request a return authorization number within five (5) days of the receipt of your order. Your return request will be processed within one (1) business day. Along with your return authorization number, we will provide you with the correct address for the return shipment. Please return all items in original, or comparable packaging to prevent damages. We will note any shipping fees or restocking fees that will be deducted from the email with the return information.

Damages and defective items
In the unlikely event that your item is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us at customerservice@belleandjune.com immediately so that we can assist you in a refund or exchange. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging. Proper documentation within 48 hours of receipt of the product will help us expedite the return and/or replacement. Please keep any packaging material until your return is complete. For Threshold and White Glove Shipping, please carefully inspect the packaging and item before signing for delivery and note any damages with the carrier. Due to the nature of many of our products, minor variations in color, shape, glaze, etc. are not considered a manufacturing defect but are attributed to the custom and handmade aspects.
